Truffles for some of my valentines. Cream cheese, semi-sweet chocolate, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder. Yum.
Monday Dinner
Portobello mushrooms stuffed with fresh breadcrumbs, garlic, sundried tomatoes, fennel seeds, and fontina cheese with herbed polenta. I love when my night classes are cancelled!
Saturday Lunch
Whole wheat bread, mashed avocado, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper.
